DCBA

The courses on offer are a combination of practical demonstration, physical exercise and written work.  Topics covered include: lining health with fitness; developing knowledge in the sport of boxing; considering the benefits of keeping fit; health and safety considerations whilst exercising; the benefits of nutrition and rules that may apply in a chosen sport. Other topics cover healthy lifestyles, healthy eating and self-discipline.

Evidence of student success and achievement will be recorded in written form as well as video evidence.
