Each year group covers 3 core themes consisting of Living in the wider world, relationships and health and well-being, incorporating all aspects of the statutory relationships and sex education.
Personal development or PD is a child centred programme of learning which enables our students to explore the skills to manage challenges and opportunities in life, work, and modern Britain. Our scheme of learning covers a multitude of topics that may affect their everyday lives now and in the future.
We aim to target student’s emotional and social needs to develop their resilience, confidence and independence to prepare them for their next steps and beyond.
