Our aim is to raise each student’s fitness level by making them believe they can do and making it achievable to them at their own pace. The course will be delivered in a boxing gym using all the facilities. Any boxing elements to the course will be non contact.

Students will be coached on fitness and how to achieve this by participating in a training schedule. This will be recorded in a written form and also there will be video evidence on their progress. As well as sport, topics will also include; healthy life style, healthy eating and respect for their own well-being, to increase their self esteem and respect for others.
